Looking for a good, all natural eyeliner recipe, preferrably black! Let me know what you got 
I found this recipe for you, althought I’ve never made my own eyeliner before. Sounds kind of fun though!!
I found this is the simplest recipe to make eyeliner at home.
How To Prepare:
Take one container or jar where you are going to store your eyeliner.
Add oil of 1 vitamin E capsule
Add 1/2 tbsp of aloe vera gel
Add 3 capsules of activated charcoal.
Mix them all well without any bumps and your liner is ready to apply.
