I just dyed my hair about a week ago, and I asbolutely loathe the color! How long until I can dye it again? I don’t want to damage it.
If you just dyed your hair recently, to avoid further damage, it is recommended that you wait at least 6-8 weeks in between dye jobs. I know it can seem like a long time, but in the meantime, there are temporary dyes that are gentle on the hair! This happened to me once, where I dyed my hair blonde and it came out extremely orange, so I got this dye (it looks just like Fake Bake!) and I massaged it into freshly washed, wet hair. My hair got a little darker, but at least it didn’t look orange.
@domini_que as @marie_g mentioned, you should wait at least 6-8 weeks before you dye it again, but the longer you wait the better! If you don’t have the patience and need to dye it sooner, make sure to only do the roots, as they’re less likely to get damaged. The ends are much more frail and could break and rip.
